   I’ve struggled with sleep for years, so I had high hopes for these gummies. I took one about 45 minutes before bed, and I did feel my body relaxing. I fell asleep faster than usual, which was great! But… I still woke up around 3 AM, which happens to me often. Not sure if I should try a higher dose or if my body just doesn’t respond to CBN the way I hoped
